Our relationship with our clients is not done after the initial site launch. We offer multiple options for support and maintenance. For all clients, we occasionally contact them for regular checkups to make sure there aren't any problems with the site.

For clients that have CMS-based sites, we have a training process that we go through to make sure the client knows how to make changes to their website. We can be available for clients that have any difficulty or questions clients may have in using the CMS system to edit their site content.

Also available for CMS-based sites are options for maintaining security patch updates to the site, where plans can range from daily updates to once every 6 months.

In the event of a website problem (website crash, etc), we are only a phone call or email away and can be available to help coordinate with the webhosting provider to resolve the problem and restore any data from backup, if needed.

If a client signs up for an SEO plan, we will be in constant contact with that client every month. During that time, we will verify that things are working smoothly.
